Three questions for Piotr

Behind each of our products are people who work every day to help make everyday life a little easier for disabled children and teens. We would like to introduce you to some of these people in our series “Three questions for …”.

Today we would like to introduce Piotr Rybarczyk. Piotr is a dedicated team leader in our “momo.” assembly! With his many years of experience in assembly and his organizational talent, he ensures smooth processes and the highest quality every day.

1. What did you want to be when you were a child?

As a child, I dreamed of becoming a firefighter. The idea of putting out fires and saving people in need just seemed super exciting to me. I was totally fascinated by the fact that firefighters are always there when things get heated, and that with their courage and dedication, they can save lives. It just seemed like such a cool job back then!

2. What has been your greatest success so far during your time at Schuchmann?

In May, I will be celebrating my 10th anniversary at Schuchmann. The time has really flown by! My biggest success during this time? Definitely when I was promoted to team leader. I enjoy the tasks that come with the management position and I’m delighted with the responsibility I’ve gained.

3. Where are you in your element?

I am really versatile and always ready to help where it is needed! No matter what is going on or who needs support, I am always there to lend a hand.
