Gifts and games in Osnabrück Zoo’s elephant enclosure

Minh-Tan, the little elephant bull we adopted, ran towards his Christmas presents – squealing with delight. The boxes were filled with pumpkins, carrots and apples for him and his family. Here is a video:

They liked the fruits and vegetables, but also the edible boxes, which they ate, after they had played with them.
